How Fast IDP Can Help
For Americans to drive abroad, many countries and rental companies require an International Driving Permit (IDP) in addition to a US driver's license. The US government has authorized only AAA to issue IDPs – no other organization, company, or government agency has this authority. ​
Visiting a AAA branch in person is the fastest and cheapest way to obtain an IDP. AAA also accepts applications by mail. Typical return mail times are 2-5 weeks for domestic and 5-7 weeks for international. Additional details can be found on the AAA website.

Step 2: We get your IDP from AAA
We review your application to make sure it is complete before a member of our team goes to a AAA branch with your application to get an IDP for you.
Step 3: We ship you your IDP
We email you a picture of your IDP then ship it anywhere in the world. Your IDP can be delivered in as little as 1-2 days within the US and 2-5 business days abroad.
